Are your beliefs keeping you from manifesting your good?

Many of us have foolish ideas about who we are and many rigid rules about how life ought to be lived. We each have millions of belief systems that are clustered around topics in our consciousness. Unfortunately many of these beliefs no longer serve our highest good. Our minds, in many ways, function like computers in that if you have flaky programs (dysfunctional beliefs) running in your operating system, your computer (life) can become totally disrupted.

We learn our belief systems as very little children, and then we move through life creating experiences to match our beliefs. Look back at your own life and notice how often you have gone thru same experience again and again. We have a tendency to re-create the emotional environment of our early home life.

You can change what you believe and thus change what you experience in your life.

A thought held long enough and repeated enough becomes a belief. Beliefs are energetic forces that create the physical basis for our individual lives and health. If we don’t work through our emotional distress, we set ourselves up for physical distress. It is important to understand that our beliefs go much deeper than our thoughts, and we cannot simply wish them away.

Many beliefs are completely unconscious and are not readily available to the intellect. They come from that other part that in the past became lodged and buried in the cell tissue. What you believe is the result of all the long-forgotten oaths and promises you have made to yourself. It affects all that you are – emotion, mind, body and consciousness not just your thoughts.

Every single one of us has felt blocked by some person, feeling, thought, or unconscious programming. On some deeper level you may be fighting some negative beliefs about yourself and the world right now. You may not be consciously aware of it yet these hidden thoughts and beliefs are major energetic blocks keeping you from manifesting what you want in your life.

Some common limiting beliefs I find are:

  • I am not worthy.
  • I am not good enough.
  • I can’t trust myself.
  • It’s more spiritual to focus on others instead of me.
  • I am not supported.
  • I am a victim.
  • I don’t deserve.
  • I am not going to get what I want.

Instead what if you believed and aligned with:

I can easily and effortlessly achieve my dreams. I know exactly what my heart desires the most. I have the power within me to accomplish anything my heart desires. I am truly unstoppable in creating the life I desire and deserve. I am a powerful magnet and I draw to me my unlimited abundance of good.
